Wild edible fruits and berries. There are many wild edible plants, fruits, and berries. Wild edible plants are very rich in vitamins and minerals. Some of these plants are richer sources of nutrients than domestic plants. Some wild plants have not only edible properties but also medicinal value.The challenge is knowing which plants are edible and have good food value.
